Resourcing & Nervous System Regulation
Learn how to navigate nervous system dysregulation and burnout. Support your body’s natural healing capacity. May include Polyvagal exercises and Brain-Neural Retraining.
Deep Tissue & Relaxation Massage
Practice receiving. Address aches, pains, and tissue impairment through targeted massage techniques to effectively relieve you from chronic tension and stress patterns.
Pelvis, Belly, and Womb Care
Based on my studies with Rosita Arvigo, a longtime student of Maya Abdominal Massage in Belize. Deeply care for your pelvic organs and the root center of your being.
Face Massage
Loving, attentive, graceful care for your facial skin and muscles. Increasing blood, lymph, and nerve supply supports your natural glow and radiance. Plus, it feels so dang good!

Together we will identify treatment goals and consider potential treatment approaches. Based on our discussion, we may choose from any combination of the above modalities, which may include sitting in mindful inquiry, postural assessment, movement, or prioritizing getting straight onto the massage table. Some clients come in for one session and some find a series of sessions to be most supportive. All treatments are designed based on your intention. Consent and collaboration are the backbone of effective healing and change. I will coach you toward your capacity for insight, agency, and connection. From there, we will practice listening to the body and nourishing your own inner resource.

Yes! I offered Deep Tissue and Relaxation Massage for 10 years and loved it, however now I am most interested in participatory and collaborative sessions to support clients to actively connect with their bodies and the psychoemotional material held within their bodies. Sometimes that means we do some relaxation and deep tissue techniques along the way. If you want an entirely Deep Tissue or Relaxation Massage though, I highly recommend my husband Adrian Farrell!
